Data Manager time reverts back to 2003 or 2006

If the clock for the Data Manager reverts back to 2003 or 2006 it generally suggests the lithium RTC (real time clock) battery is depleted. If the battery is depleted then following a system restart or power fail the data will revert to these dates.
With an access user name and password you will be able to set the time of the panel. However the battery will have to be replaced. You can speak to RDM technical to discuss the warranty.
If out of warranty, then the document on 'How to replace a rtc backup battery' will assist.
NB - if it reverts to 2003, on this version of DM, the battery must be replaced by RDM. Please contact technical support.
